A Year in Photo-2010

Hello! I'm back with another year in photo. Owen is having his surgery today and Grammy is coming up to stay  with us and Dad while Mom and Nana and Owen go to the hospital. Well, here is 2010! Enjoy! :)
That was the year that Oki started sleeping in Mom's paper.
That was the year Owen turned 1.
This is Sofia's party. Her mom,Mrs. Milo, is a great decorator and a great Whoopie Pie maker, she sells them. (I have her phone number if anyone would like it:)

 Christmas Photo-shoot 2010

That was the year Aaron started falling asleep in weird places. The floor, under the bed.
That was the year I first went to Camp Cedarbrook. That's my counselor Loona.
That was the year Owen got his casts.
That was the year Owen first went camping. This 2 pictures go together and they are a riot!

I took these two pictures. Mom LOVES the one with Anna in it.

And of course that was the year of 13 puppies! They are all there I think.
"OK, it's time for your check-up. Don't be scared. I am the vet. I am a trained professional."
"I'm gonna get you for that Mr. Trained Professional!"
 I have no words.

Scavenger Hunt Sunday

Hello! I am entering some photos in a photo contest over at Ramblings and Photos. Here are the items.
Routine
Music
Technology
Show me your Style
Mismatch.

I started doing this maybe 3 or 4 years ago I think but, every night,I read Anna one chapter of Anne of Green Gables and These Happy Golden Years.(the Laura Ingalls Wilder series)

This is part of a song that I am practicing for a piano recital. It is called "Ballade" You are supposed to picture woodland elves and fairies and spirits dancing and then to be interrupted by an approaching thunder storm. They continue dancing only to be interrupted once more.
Sorry about the bad picture.I couldn't think of any creative way to photograph a Kindle Fire.
This picture is kind of dark, my bad. This is my doll Andrea. She is the most stylish of all my dolls. I got her from Aunt Gladys when we went to New York. I picked her because she had blond hair. I would love to wear a dress like that!
I hope this counts as mismatch. Girl, boy, mismatch, right? (Owen is now 2 and he is having surgery on his foot on Thursday)
Here are the items for next week's Scavenger Hunt Sunday.
Water
Light
Chocolate
Animal
Crowded

Random Photo Shoot.

Hello! We have one or two inches of snow and are expecting more! Anyway I did this photo shoot with Chica a few days ago. I love this first picture. I love how she crossed her paws and her head is bent down. "I confess. I was the one who peed on the floor.Go ahead. Punish little old me."

I love the angle of her head in this one. "Oh, no. Don't applaud. I don't deserve it.OK, maybe just a little"

Now she's posing as "Super Dog! To the rescue!" Enjoy the rest of the pictures!

Snapshot Saturday- Flame

Hello! Here is my picture that I am entering in Snapshot Saturday. The others are just pictures that I took and decided not to enter. This first one is the one that I am entering. I liked using the little orange candle because using the rainbow candle holder, was really hard. There is a picture of the rainbow candle holder at the bottom of my post. To check out Snapshot Saturday, go to Rebecca's blog and maybe even enter! And I also want to say thanks to Megann for being the first to comment on my new blog and for being my first follower!

Thanks for looking at my new blog!

Welcome to Picture This!

Hello! I am so excited to be posting my first blog post on my new picture blog! Yesterday, I took some pictures from our bathroom window. They were pretty but they were even prettier when I learned how to use the MF focus on the camera. This first picture is of the backyard and the next is of the water on the windows. Both of these pictures were taken with AutoFocus.

This is the  picture of the water on the window after I learned how to switch the camera to Manual Focus. All the rest of the pictures are taken with manual focus. Enjoy looking at the of the pictures!
